- Vegetarian frittata served w/ panzanella salad.

MAIN COURSE
Individual choice of:
- Market fresh fish of the day.
- Chicken breast filled w/ mushroom duxelle, baked & served w/ cauliflower gratin, sauteed baby spinach, white wine jus.
- Porterhouse steak (300g) 100 day organic grain fed w/ sauteed mushroom sauce, garlic & green onion potatoes.
- Lamb shoulder braised (3 hours) w/ red wine, rosemary, thyme & onion, served w/ desiree potato mash & sauteed green peas.
DESSERT
- Summer berry trifle or Chocoate Mars Bar crepes or sampler dessert plate (for two)

MENU D - $65.00 (six course degustation menu individually served)
- Dukkah, extra virgin olive oil & damper roll.
- Selection of oysters (half doz individual serve).
- Spaghettini w/ Shark Bay crabmeat, prawns, leek, garlic, white wine, dill.
- Lemon sorbet.
- Seafood plate of scallops, king prawns, barramundi & mussels baked w/ garlic herbed butter, served w/ panzanella salad & lemon.
- Choice of dessert from our dessert menu.

Specialty meals & dietary requirements can, upon request be catered for. Cocktail parties serving canapes can be arranged. Please speak to management. Numbers must be finalised no later than 2 hours before function arrival time or a surcharge will be applied for non-attendance. BYO for bottled wine only. Corkage of $3.50 applies per person drinking. Cakage of $1.00 per person applies for serving of BYO cake. 10% surcharge applies on public holidays (surcharge-inclusive menu available upon request). Menus are subject to change.
